Preventing the Storm

Are you safe? Are you already vaccinated? Are the vaccines even important? The pandemics seems to have a bit of improvement now over the past days. With the continuation of distribution of vaccinations, and the decreasing cases of the virus, it looks like it’s going uphill from here.

What are vaccines, specifically the Covid-19 vaccine? Are they safe and tested? The Covid-19 vaccines doesn’t cure, they prevent. Cure and prevention seem to be the same, but in reality, they are two completely different words. Curing a disease or illness is permanently curing them, erasing it from the human body. Prevention is simple preventing you from the illness or disease, in short, its temporary.

You may think this is a bad thing, but if you think about it, it isn’t. You see, their plan here is to not get you caught by the virus, by strengthening your immune system to fight any attack coming from it. It helps to slow down the spread of the virus, so that the authorities could focus more on the ill to recover. It is a simple mechanism that has a big impact on the downfall of the cases. As when people have stronger immune systems, there is more likely a low chance of them getting the virus, and surely stop the spread one step at a time.

And yes, the vaccine may have side effects, but it is completely normal if you may experience these. If you do experience it, just stay calm, and never fear. These are temporary and can be treated accordingly. If you take the right medicine for the side effect, it’ll go away in no time. It is advised not to get tired often and lift heavy things on the hand where they injected the vaccine. Take a lot of rest and sleep, and put aside any work for now.

I’m going to ask you again, is the vaccine important? Simple answer, Yes. No matter what age you are, it is recommended to take the vaccine no matter what. With enough information and research with the vaccine that you’ll be taking, you will surely be okay and have a general idea on what are the possible side effects and on how to deal with them. Get vaccinated for yourself, and also to the people around you. It is a simple sign of gesture, that you are ready to help and end the virus’ reign once and for all.
